Village Hall.

Gates and piers to Catton Hall late C19, of wrought iron and stone.
Gates with overthrow, made up of 2 bifurcated scrolls, containing
the monogram SGB. Below a frieze of rosettes, and at the base.
Railings with iron twist finials, at the top and above the dog
rail. Rusticated stone piers with bases and pedimented caps with
wrought iron octagonal lanterns. Gates made for
Samuel Gurney Buxton 1866-1909, by G Badcock, the Catton Hall Smith,
whose name is inscribed on the hinges. Included for group value
with Catton Hall.
