TG 21 SW OLD CATTON GEORGE HILL

House).

House, C19 with possible earlier core. Of rendered brick with smut
pantiled roof. 'L'-shaped plan, 2 storeys, with C20 single
storeyed flat roofed extension to west. Asymetrical facade of
5 bays with off centre door and sash window with semi-circular
head and glazing bars above. Raised and fielded 4 panel door with
timber doorcase with panelled reveals, pilasters and entablature
with modillion cornice. Sash windows with segmental heads and
glazing bars. Timber modillion cornice and hipped roof. Stacks
at rear.
