4/12 South Lodge.


Former Lodge of Catton Hall. C19, of stuccoed brick with roof of
hexagonal slates. Square plan of single storey. Facade to carriage
drive 2 windows with central 4 panel door, stuccoed surround with
plain pilasters and entablature. Stucco architraves to casement
windows. South-east corner of building chamfered for stucco panel.
Plain cornice to parapet eaves. Hipped roof with lead rools, and
central gault brick chimney with brick cornice and pots.
