House, late C18, of colourwashed brick with black pantile roof. Original
house, single pile, 3 storeys, but later 2 storey pile and wing added at rear
and to north. Facade, 3 bays, with ½ height windows at second floor. Central
raised and fielded 6 panel door with timber doorcase with engaged Doric
columns, frieze and projecting cornice. Ground floor sash windows have margin
lights and flat gauged brick arches. First and second floor window are sashes
with glazing bars and flat gauged brick arches. Timber eaves with paired
brackets. Parapet eaves with gault brick gable stacks. Extension to north
has brick plinth, sash window with glazing bars and margin lights at ground
floor and 2 sash windows with glazing bars to first floor with segmental brick
arches. Moulded timber eaves board.
