The Rectory.

Rectory, late C18. Red brick with hipped slate roof. Two storeys and attic.
Main facade to west : three bays, centre bay slightly advanced and pedimented,
with circular attic window in tympanum. Wooden modillion cornice to eaves
and pediment. Sash windows with flat gauged arches and glazing bars. Louvred
shutters to outer bays. Central doorway with architrave, pedimented and
dentilled doorcase; pediment supported on console brackets. Six-panel door
with rectangular fanlight. Two chimney stacks behind ridge line. Brick dentil
eaves course to side and rear walls. Lower two-storey service wing to rear
with concrete-tiled roof. Datestone 1705 re-set in north wall.
