2/34 Rosemary Cottage.

G.V. II

House, C18, of colourwashed brick, red brick and pantiles. 2 storeys, with
later 2 storey extension to left and single storey outshut at rear. C20 porch
and lean-to greenhouse. 3 windows, with one window extension to left. Ground
floor windows, 3-light with transoms and wrought iron casements. Central first
floor window of 2 lights, with wrought iron casements, leaded lights and some
C18 glass. Flanking windows, 3-light casements. Brick parapet and end stacks.
Extension to left has 2-light window with wrought iron casement. Brick
corbelled eaves and parapet gable. Open brick fireplaces with timber
bressumers. Opposed butt purlin roof.
