Sankence Lodge


C18 with early C19 alterations, with possibly earlier core. Red brick with low-pitched
hipped slate roof with lead roll hips. Paired brackets to eaves soffit. Moulded brick
string course at floor level. Two storeys. Five bays. Sashes with glazing bars.
Pilastered doorcase with glazed and panelled door to right of centre. Two brick
chimney stacks on ridge line. Late C19/early C20 bay window on three bay west
