GV No 17 including forecourt
wall and railings

Mid/late C19. Red brick, hipped roof of black glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Sashes
with rendered surrounds and keys. Moulded stone string course at first floor level.
Rusticated brick quoins. Moulded brick eaves. Entrance on left hand side with
semi-circular headed rusticated stone surround with vermiculated key and imposts.
Central chimney. Wing to west. Forecourt to east with iron railings on low red brick
wall. Included for group value.
