GV No 30


Late C18. Red brick/pantile roof. Two storeys and attic. Four modern casements at
first floor level. Three plain brick pilasters, moulded eaves course and plinth. Two
ground floor sashes with glazing bars, entrance door left hand side. Rubbed brick
arches. Two gabled dormers with casements with leaded lights. Central chimney stack.
Two storey gabled wing at south west corner. Included for group value.
