GV No 29 'Pryde House'


Late C18. Red brick, steeply-pitched pantile roof. Two storeys and attics. Sashes
with glazing bars. Flat gauged arches over ground floor openings. Facade of five
bays, irregularly-spaced. Central doorway with simple door surround and canopy on
console brackets. Shaped gable to south. Brick chimney stack, slightly off-centre.
Blocked attic window opening in south gable. Later two storey wing to east with
casement windows and three shaped gables.
