Former farm house, C17, of brick, flint and colourwashed render with pantiled
roof. 'T' shaped plan of 2 storeys, with continuous outshut and C20 lean-
to porch to north. Cross wing at the west end. South facade of 3 windows,
and windowless gable wall of cross wing. 2-light C20 casements at first
floor, 3-light transomed casement window and ½ glazed C20 door at ground
floor level. West elevation has irregular fenestration of a 3-light
casement window in wider blocked C17 opening at first floor, and sash
windows with glazing bars and flat brick arch, and 2-light casement window
at ground floor level. Steep pitched roof with C20 roof lights. Axial
stack on south west gable. Cast iron pump attached to north wall adjacent
to the porch.
