Garden house, early/mid C19. Gault brick with smut pantile roof. Two
storeys, octagonal in plan. C20 sash windows in original semi-circular
headed openings; blank square headed openings above windows. Roof surmounted
by octagonal wooden cupola with lead-covered ogee dome. Cupola incorporates
clock face and nesting boxes for doves. Entrance on south west side with
porch with hipped plain tile roof. Openings with semi-circular headed
openings. Chimney stack on north-west side, square with four attached
corner shafts. Coved plaster ceiling, fireplace with stone surround opposite
entrance.
