2/7 Ivy House, including
20.2.52. attached outbuildings
House. C18. Rendered and colourwashed brick : front elevation much obscured
by ivy growth. Thatched roof. Two storeys and attics, L-shaped plan. Facade
to street has widely spaced three window range : three and five-light casement
windows with shouldered arches to upper lights. Off-centre entrance with six
panelled door with rectangular fanlight. Moulded timber door surround and
panelled reveal. Off-centre axial stack; parapeted gables with internal
stacks. Rear elevation colourwashed brick; four-light casement window at first
floor level with Gothick heads in the two centre lights. Lean-to conservatory.
Range of attached brick and pantile outbuildings fronting Mill Lane.
