G.V. II
Cottage, early C19, of flint with brick dressings, and thatched roof. Lobby
entrance plan of 1½ storeys with later single storey rear outshut and single
storey extension to north. Re-used stone blocks in gable wall. Facade 2
windows with central door. C20 casements with glazing bars and segmental brick
arches. Eyebrow dormers with 2-light C20 casements. Parapet gables with
moulded brick kneelers. Central axial stack. South extension of brick with
flint plinth. C20 casements, parapet gables and pantile roof. Included for
group value.
