Corn barn, cart lodge and granary. C18, of red brick, weatherboarded timber
frame and thatched roof. 5 stead barn with later 4 bay cart lodge with granary
above. Continuous southern outshut, extended to east to form an open fronted
extension to the cart lodge. 2 barn doors to north. The western set having
raised eaves above. The western stead has triangular honeycomb vent and
corbelled brick eaves. South outshut has stable doors. Cart shed faces south.
Two lines of earth bound posts support timber framed granary. Granary door
and window with segmental brick arches at first floor level in east gable
wall, reached via brick and stone steps. Inside barn, oak threshing floor
and 7 bay staggered butt purlin roof with tie beams on wall posts with arch
