TG 12 NE BLICKLING MOORGATE

4/20 Park Farmhouse

Farmhouse. C17 and later. Red brick, partly rendered. Steeply-pitched
pantile roof. Two storeys and attics, lobby-entrance plan. South elevation
of five unequal bays, openings much altered: fenestration generally C20
casements with glazing bars. One first floor 4-light casement with transom
and leaded glazing. Platband at first floor level. Ground floor right-hand
bay has pair of glazed doors with sidelights and fanlights. Central 2-leaf
½ glazed doors with later pedimented trellis porch. Axial chimney stack
slightly off-centre to west. Parapeted gables with tumbling-in. Internal
T-shaped stack on east gable. East gable has two blocked first floor 3-light
mullioned windows with rendered infill, one casement and one blocked opening
at attic level; iron letters I H on purlin ties. West gable has two C20
ground floor casements, first floor sash with glazing bars and architrave,
one attic casement. Catslide lean-to on north-west corner with large chimney
stacks with tumbling-in at base of shaft. North wall rendred over: two 2-
light first floor casements, two doorways, one with elliptical-arched recess,
2-light ground floor casements. Pantiled lean-to porch in angle.
