GV II

Pair of estate cottages. Early C19. Red brick with pantiled roof. Two
storeys, rectangular plan. Symmetrical facade to street, three windows wide.
Large central segmental-arched opening with double doors. On each side of
archway a 6-panelled entrance door and a sash window with glazing bars;
segmental arches over openings. Three first floor casements, 2-light with
glazing bars. Brick dentil eaves. Central pediment with brick dentils.
Internal gable stacks with twin shafts linked by corbelled caps. Catslide
roof over lean-to at rear.
