Pair of cottages, early C19. Red brick laid in rat-trap bond. Steeply-
pitched pantiled roof. 1½ storeys, E-plan with projecting crosswings and
central porch. 5 bays, symmetrical, with 3-light casements with ovolo-moulded
mullions. Porch has four-centred arched doorway with moulded surround. Two
gabled dormers with 2-light casements, the right-hand dormer wider. Parapeted
gables with brick copings. Chimney stacks at gables and central on ridge
line, all with twin square shafts. Gabled wing to rear.
