GV II

Former stables and coach house. Early C19. Gault brick, rear wall of red
brick. Hipped roof of black-glazed pantiles. Two storeys. Symmetrical
facade of seven bays, the centre three advanced under a pediment. Two large
double door openings; with segmental arched heads. Central first floor door
flanked by blocked windows, all openings with pointed-arched heads. Outer
bays also have pointed-arched openings; blocked first floor lunettes, one
first floor loading door, left hand ground floor openings altered, with C20
glazed door with fanlight. Brick dentil eaves. Roundel with arms in
pediment. Central clock tower with bracketted soffit below lead-covered ogee
dome with weathervane finial.
