House. Mid C19, with later additions. Painted brick; gable fronted concrete
tile roof with 2 painted brick ridge chimneys, 2 storeys; 2 first-floor windows
to street frontage with bays defined by pilasters. Entered from the left side.
Windows have sashes with glazing bars. Ground-floor case iron verandah with
glazed roof extends around the 3-window range of the left facade. Brick pediment
and overhanging eaves with moulded purlins to street frontage. Later 2-storey
gabled extension of one bay to right has a large-parted sash window and a small
chimney.
