Pantile roof. Corner site. 3 storeys plus semi-basement. Single bay.
Door in west elevation with semi-circular fanlight and wrought-iron
trellis-work porch. Sash windows with glazing bars and rubbed brick
flat arches in Bethel Street elevation. Fascia cornice.
