5.6.72 No.60
House, now office. Early C19. Red brick with rendered plinth;
pantiled roof; gable-end brick chimney to left. 3 storeys;
5 first-floor windows, symmetrical. 3 steps up to 6-panelled (2 glazed)
door in panelled reveals flanked by pilasters with a pediment on consoles.
Ground-floor windows have chamfered brick arches and flush-fronted wooden
frames. Flat gauged brick arches on first floor and large-paned sashes throughout.
2 plain brick string courses. Moulded eaves cornice. Lead coping to gable
parapets. later 2-storey canted bay to left side elevation and later extensions
to rear.
