House. Late C18 with C20 renovation. Red brick and pantile roof. The
building is ranged at right-angles to the street line. 2 storeys.
Street facade:- 4 bays, the right-hand 2 bays step back. Door at
left-side with fluted surround, fanlight and Doric frieze. Sash windows
at ground floor with glazing bars, semi-circular arch with keystone to
right-hand 2 windows. Mullion and transom windows at first floor.
Fascia cornice. Principal north facing elevation:- 4 bays, the 2 centre
bays project with bracketed pediment over. Mullion and transom windows
throughout, those in ground floor outer bays in large recessed panel
with segmental arch having stone keystone and respond. The 2 centre
windows in recessed panels with semi-circular arch having stone keystone
and responds. Fascia cornice. Hipped roof.
