GV II
Former house now dental surgery. Late C19. Red brick and pantile
roof 2 storeys plus attic. 3 bays, the smaller central bay recessed
'Tudor' detail throughout. Porch with moulded brick 2-centre arch and
curvilinear gable with ball finials partly in the left-hand bay. Mullion
and transom windows throughout with dripmoulds. Stringcourses made up
from moulded-brick panels. Decorative corbelled saw-tooth cornice.
2nd floor attic verandahs in outer bays with primitive carved corner
posts and low balustrading. Central dormer with 2-light casement and
curvilinear gable. Curvilinear end gables with stacks. Hipped tile-hung
verandah roofs with pinnacles.
