House, now 2. Mid-late C19. Yellow brick facade, red brick to rear;
slate roof, 3 brick ridge chimneys. L-plan. 2 storeys; 2 first floor
windows to left part (Chester House). 2 steps up to panelled (part-
glazed) door in plain reveals flanked by pilasters with fluted frieze
and small dentilled hood. Tripartite gound-floor windows to left;
single-light windows to right, all with large-paned sashes under flat
gauged brick arches. Modillion cornice. Wing to right (Magnolia House)
is entered from the left side. Gable front with end pilasters has
2 first-floor windows. Modillion cornice. Blind occulus in pediment.
C20 red brick garage to right.
