Former house, now offices. C18 against precinct wall. Rendered brick.
Pantile roof. 2 storeys. 4 irregularly spaced first-floor windows.
Right-hand off-centre panelled door. Reeded, panelled pilasters supporting
frieze depicting pelicans and their young in nests plucking their breasts.
Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and raised and moulded surrounds.
TT 1800 on rainwater head.
