C19 extension along Market Avenue. Roughcast with pantile roof.
Corner site. Farmers Avenue Elevation:- 3 storeys, 2 bays. Central
door with moulded timber surround. Sash windows at ground and first
floors. Casement windows at 2nd floor. Fascia cornice. Market Avenue
elevation:- 2 storeys. 3 widely spaced first floor windows, plus
one bay in Farmers Avenue. Simple pub front with plain pilasters
and fascia. One sash window with glazing bars and 2 casement windows
Hipped roof.
