Former house, now flats. Early C19. Red brick, ground floor rendered to
half-way up. White brick to left-hand quoins, side and rear walls. Concrete
tiles. 2 storeys. 3 bays, plus passage entry to right. Right-hand off-centre
C20 door. Sash windows with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches.
3 small additional windows. Sash window above passage with semi-circular
arch and top sash. Fox cornice. Hipped roof. Good iron-work balcony to rear.
