Former house, now offices and wine-bar. C18 Red brick. Slate roof. 2 storeys
plus semi-basement. 5 bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight, reeded
surround and architrave, vegetal corner roundels and small flat hood. 5 steps up.
Sash windows with glazing bars throughout. Brick flat arches at ground floor.
First floor windows beneath small bracket cornice. 3 flat roof dormers.
Fine cast-iron railings across basement wells.
