GV II
House. Late C19. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof; 2 brick chimneys.
2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows. Rusticated brick quoins. 2 steps up to
6 panelled door with plain overlight. Flat gauged brick arch to door recess
below dentilled cornice. Canted 2-storey bays to left and right have large
pane sashes with horns under flat gauged brick arches. Brick cornice. Later
single-storey rendered extension projects to left. Owner says that deeds are
dated 1872. This property is not shown on Morant's Map of Norwich 1873.
