House. Late C19. Yellow brick facade; rendered side walls; hipped slate
roof; 3 yellow brick chimneys, 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows. Entered
from the right side with steps up to a panelled door. Overlight flanked by
pilasters with modillion cornice. 2-storey canted bay to left has modillion
string course. Attic windows have large-paned sashes with horns. Modillion
eaves cornice. This property is not shown on Morant's Map of Norwich, 1873.
