Former use unknown, now shop. C17 refronted in the C19, with G19 out-
buildings to rear. Timber framed, street front cased in red brick. Pantile
roof. 2 storeys. 2 bays. C20 shopfront with C19 sash windows above.
Double span roof with dormer and a connecting dormer corridor. Stacks to
each north gable.
Dicke's History of Norwich School shows No. 28 as part of a larger range
with 3 dormers. Dicke's, History of Norwich School, 1905, p.219.
