Pair of houses. Early/mid C19. Yellow brick; hipped slate roof with
central gabled pediment; 4 brick chimneys. 2 storeys; 6 first-floor
windows. End bays set back,each with a panelled door and plain overlight.
No. 12 is part-glazed in simple rendered surround with small hood on
decorative consoles. No. 14 has added C19 lean-to porch. 4 bays, of which
2 project in centres are defined by brick pilasters and have sash windows
mostly with glazing bars under flat gauged brick arches. Moulded box cornice.
