Rendered brick facade; flint with brick dressings to side elevation.
Pantiled roof; brick chimneys. 2 storeys and basement to rear of
Mandell's Court. One blocked window to Princes Street facade; 7
windows to side elevation. Door to left has 6 flush panels in simple
moulded doorcase with corner roundels. One ground floor sash window
with glazing bars.
