Former use unknown, now doctor's surgery. C17 with C20 three-storey
rebuild to rear. Rendered throughout. Red pantile roof to left; black
pantiles to right. 2 storeys. 3 first-floor windows with first-floor
jetty. Cambered carriage arch to left of a part-glazed flush panelled
door in simple moulded doorcase with corner roundels and an overlight with
rectillinear glazing bars. 2 C20 tripartite sash windows with glazing bars
at first and second floors; smaller sash with glazing bars over carriage
arch. C20 box cornice.
