Former bakery, now warehouse. Dated 1914 on plaque with later north
addition. E. Boardman and Son. Red brick with store and stucco detail
including the 3 decorated semi-circular arches above the frieze and the
1st floor pilaster panels. Hipped pantile roof with dormers with sloping
glass roofs. 3 storeys, 3 bays. 3 light metal casements with detached
Doric column mullions which support the frieze lintol. Central first
floor panel with segmental pediment and scrolls. Heavy Corinthian entab-
lature at first floor. 3 semi-circular moulded arches with keystone and
circular window. Arched cornice supported on scroll brackets. Single-
storey offices to left. Casement windows with raised and moulded surround.
Stringcourse above. Pantile roof.
