Undercroft beneath
5.6.72. No. 3
Undercroft, medieval. Brick. Large pointed barrel-vault
parallel to and away from the street line. One side-chamber
in the north wall. In the north-west corner is the C15 brick,
spiral stair entry, one of two to remain intact in the City.
The building is graded II* because of the undercroft, one of--
an important group within the City Walls.
