Shop. C18. Painted brick on flint plinth. Pantile roof. Corner site
with principal facade at right-angles to St. Andrew's Hill :- 3 storeys,
3 bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight and attached Doric columns
supporting pediment with carved arms of the Grocers Company. Door at
extreme left with plain pilaster surround. Sash window with glazing bars
between doors. Casement windows with rubbed brick flat arches elsewhere.
Moulded fascia cornice. Hipped roof.
