Former use unknown, now public house. Cl7 refaced with C20 alterations. Ren-
dered with pseudo timber framing. 2 storeys, jetty at first floor. 3 bays.
Public House front with doors at left and right sides and paired pilasters with
consoles beneath jetty. Fascia with consoles at pilaster intervals. 3- and
4-light casement windows at first floor. Parapet. 3 gable dormers with casement
windows and bargeboards. The interior continues into Nos 39 and 41 St. Andrew's
Street.
