Former use unknown, now shop. Early C19. Red brick. Pantile roof.
3 storeys. 5 bays. C20 shopfront with off-centre and right-hand doors.
Yard entry at extreme left. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars
and rubbed brick flat arches. Moulded eaves cornice. Included for
group value with Nos. 31 and 33.
