Former house now warehouse. C16 heightened by one storey and altered by
the insertion of casements windows and door in the C18. Rendered flint
and brick rubble, the 2nd floor is rendered timber frame. Pantile roof.
3 storeys, 6 bays. The building is at right angles to and set back from
the street line. The east facade has casement windows throughout and
a side entrance with simple surround. Hipped roof. Ceiling beams with
simple stops and a large, off centre stack.
