Former house now offices. Late C18/early C19. Red brick, painted at ground floor. Rusticated quoins. Stringcourses at floor levels. Roof not visible. Three storeys, five bays. Central door with rectangular fanlight, fluted and banded Doric columns and an architrave with triglyphs and toxophilic accoutrements, two large C20 casement windows flanking door. Sash windows at first and second floors with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Balconies at second floor. Bracket cornice.
