House, now office. C18. Brick with hipped pantile roof. One brick
chimney. 3 storeys; 4 first and second-floor windows. Half-glazed
door to left of centre in C19 ground-floor facade with moulded brick
details. Small transomed window to left; 4-light mullioned and transomed
window to right below continuous labe moulding and dentilled string course.
Flat-geaded sah windows, with thick glazing bars (missing from right second-
floor window) under cambered arches. Similar facade with one window to each
floor adjoining No. 19 Princes Street (q.v.) to right. Exposed timber ground-
floor ceiling with dragon beam.
