Former house now office. C19. Brick with stucco detail. Hung-tile attic
storey. 3 storeys. 4 bays. Right-hand off-centre door with semi-circular
fanlight and pilastered surround. 3 steps up. Yard entry at extreme left.
Sash windows throughout: ground floor with side-lights and plain pilaster
surround with small hood. First floor with eared and moulded surround.
Rusticated quoins on right-side only. Cornice supported on vertical consoles.
4 casements in attic storey.
