House, now office. C17 and later. Rendered facade; pantile roof. 2 storeys
and attic; 4 first-floor windows. Sashes with glazing bars throughout. Large
gabled dormer has casement with glazing bars in moulded wooden architrave. Now
entered through No. 26 Princes Street q.v.).
