House. Early C19. Yellow brick facade; hipped slate roof; rendered wing to
right; 2 brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 first-floor windows. Central 6-
panelled door has plain overlight and simple doorcase with pilasters. 16-
pane sash windows have flat gauged brick arches, those on ground floor in
round-headed recesses. Small wing to right has recessed porch and one
first-floor window with large panes. Presumably a flying freehold above
part of No. 2 Victoria Street (q.v.).
