Outbuilding. Probably late C18. Regular coursed limestone with Collyweston
slate roof. Originally probably single unit plan. Single storey with loft. Gable
elevation to road has casement with glazing bars under wood lintel in apex and
plank door also under wood lintel. Stone stack at ridge. Interior not inspected.
Probably sub-divided as a wash house in C19. Included for group value.
