Completed 1888. Architect: S Perkins-Pick. Original arrangement of traditional
features. Red brick, stone dressings, steeply pitched roof with 3 front gables,
1 large on left projecting, 2 smaller in centre. 2 storeys and attics, recessed
wing on right. 3:2:2 casement windows with mullions and transoms. Some upper
windows round arched. Central entrance has recessed porch under high relief cartouche.
