3 houses. Datestone 1866. By E.F. Law. Squared coursed lias with Collyweston
slate roofs. Each 2 unit plans, together comprising an H-shaped unit. Main front
of 4-window range of 2-and 3-light stone mullion windows with leaded diamond
panes. Gabled flanking bays break forward. First floor centre windows set in
half dormers. Central gabled porch with arch head opening. Ashlar gable parapets
and kneelers and brick and stone stacks at ridge. Datestone on porch. Elevations
to left and right of similar 3-window range with 2 outer half dormers and
central plank doors with bracketed hoods. Interiors not inspected.
