Cottage, perhaps converted from outbuilding. C17/C18 with
later alterations. Coursed limestone rubble with a scattering
of ironstone, slate roof with coped right gable and C20 brick
end stacks. One storey and attic, 3-window range. Central C20
door, with a 3-light small-paned casement window to right and
a C20 window to left. Wooden lintels. First floor has a
central 2-light window flanked by 3-light half-dormer windows
with coped gables. Interior not inspected. Included for group
value.
